1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, purchasing a reservation, making a payment, enrolling in a payment plan, or participating in any event or travel experience associated with Next Paradigm Land & Sea, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. ALL SALES FINAL

All payments made to Next Paradigm Land & Sea are non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance immediately upon booking.

3. PAYMENT PLANS

Guests participating in payment plans remain responsible for the full balance of their reservation.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in:

Cancellation of reservation
Loss of cabin or package
Forfeiture of all monies paid

Missed payments do not release guests from financial responsibility.

The Company reserves the right to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. EVENT PROGRAMMING & ARTIST LINEUP

All artists, performers, speakers, excursions, schedules, ports, activities, venues, and programming are subject to change without notice.

Changes in lineup, scheduling, or programming shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, disputes, or cancellations.

Next Paradigm Land & Sea reserves the right to modify event programming at any time.

5. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Guests are solely responsible for:

Valid passports
Government-issued identification
Visas
Vaccination requirements
Travel documentation
Compliance with cruise line policies and regulations

Failure to obtain proper documentation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

6. CRUISE LINE & THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

All guests are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of:

The operating cruise line
Hotels
Airlines
Transportation providers
Excursion operators
Third-party vendors

Next Paradigm Land & Sea is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Weather events
Natural disasters
Acts of God
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Labor disputes
Terrorism
Mechanical failures
Port cancellations
Travel disruptions

Under such circumstances, refunds may not be issued.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in travel, concerts, excursions, onboard activities, and live entertainment involves inherent risks.

By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and event participation, including illness, injury, accidents, property damage, or delays.

Guests release Next Paradigm Land & Sea from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Paradigm Land & Sea shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Emotional distress
Travel interruptions
Missed connections
Lost luggage
Delayed transportation
Vendor cancellations
Personal injuries
Property loss

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to the Company by the guest.

10. GUEST CONDUCT

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the experience.

The Company reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any guest engaging in:

Illegal activity
Harassment
Violence
Excessive intoxication
Dangerous behavior
Disruptive conduct

No refunds will be issued for removals due to misconduct.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the event, guests grant Next Paradigm Land & Sea permission to photograph, video record, and use their likeness for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation.

12. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests must comply with all age requirements established by the cruise line and applicable laws.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests of legal drinking age.

13. WEBSITE INFORMATION

While we strive for accuracy, Next Paradigm Land & Sea does not guarantee that all website content, pricing, descriptions, or availability information is error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

14. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for charges governed by these Terms & Conditions.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Reservation cancellation
Collection activity
Legal action
Additional administrative fees
