Due to the nature of live events, cruise reservations, contracted vendor commitments, and limited inventory, all payments made toward any package, ticket, cabin reservation, excursion, add-on, or event are non-refundable.

Please carefully review the following policy prior to completing your purchase.

 

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Illness or medical conditions

• Pregnancy

• Travel delays or missed flights

• Weather conditions

• Family emergencies

• Work-related conflicts

• Change of mind

• Failure to obtain travel documents

• Cruise line itinerary changes

• Government regulations or advisories

• Acts of God or force majeure events

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

2. TRAVEL INSURANCE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking your package.

Travel insurance may help protect your investment in the event of:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical emergencies

• Flight interruptions

• Lost baggage

• Unexpected personal emergencies

• Weather-related travel disruptions

Next Paradigm Land & Sea is not responsible for losses incurred due to circumstances that may otherwise be covered by travel insurance.

 

3. PAYMENT PLANS

Guests enrolled in a payment plan remain financially responsible for the full balance of their reservation.

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies previously paid.

Missed or declined payments do not constitute cancellation.

 

4. TRANSFERS

Reservation transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and must receive written approval from Next Paradigm Land & Sea.

Approved transfers:

• Must be completed prior to the final payment deadline

• May be subject to administrative fees

• Must involve guests eligible under all cruise line and event requirements

Transfers are not guaranteed.

 

5. EVENT OR ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

Artists, schedules, excursions, venues, onboard activities, ports of call, and event programming are subject to change without notice.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or credits.

Next Paradigm Land & Sea reserves the right to modify programming, accommodations, schedules, or experiences as necessary.

 

6. CRUISE LINE POLICIES

All guests are additionally subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of the operating cruise line, travel suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, and third-party vendors.

Guests are responsible for complying with all travel documentation requirements, including valid passports and identification.

 

7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing a package, ticket, or reservation, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services governed under this policy.

Any unauthorized chargeback attempt may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of reservation

• Permanent ban from future events

• Collection activity for unpaid balances

• Recovery of legal and administrative fees where permitted by law

 

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
